What helps us most
- Word reports: the word, its length, and whether it should be accepted as a guess, removed, or never used as an answer.

Frequently asked questions
A real word was rejected. What should I send?
The word, its length, and the page you were on (for example the UK page). We check it against our dictionary and add it if it is a valid English word.
I think an answer was wrong or offensive.
Tell us the date or puzzle number and the word. Offensive or sensitive words are removed from the answer list for good.
How do I delete my data?
Your stats live in your own browser; clearing the site data removes them. For anything else, including push notifications, see the privacy policy or write to us.
